As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of questions about the real estate process. Pitina seems to know everything about how to buy a house in this market and answered every one of them. When a house comes up, she's always ready to quickly schedule a showing. She'll give you her honest opinion on the place so that you can, in turn, make an informed decision. When I found a home I loved, she advised me on the best way to win it and after several back and forth's with the seller our bid won! I cannot recommend Pitina enough when buying a new home.
