My wife and I hit the lottery when we found Pitina! We decided to buy our first home this summer and we needed a lot of guidance, this is where Pitina and her team came to our lives. First of all, Pitina is an excellent woman with a great personality, very professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about what she does. She is a true expert on the field, and someone who had the patience to sit with us and guide us through the stressful and complicated process of buying a first home and explain clearly what we were about to face, and how to prepare to acquire a great property in the right location, based on our needs and desires. She worked very hard and referred us to other amazing professionals that assisted us in this process. Pitina was reasonable and adjusted as much as possible to our schedule and needs and was always available and worked with us during the weekends and in the evenings as well. She is a strong negotiator and always looked for our best interest at all times. Pitina, thank you for your hard work and dedication and your patience!
