The positive reviews on here say it all, but we will echo those comments and share that our experience working with Pitina and her entire team was nothing short of outstanding. Pitina worked with us for over two years helping us find our Baltimore home. She was patient, gracious with her time, and an absolute pleasure to spend time with as we viewed MULTIPLE prospective homes with her. She is an expert in this real estate market and while we were at times vague and uncertain with our goals, Pitina and the PSI team ultimately helped us boil down our options and put us in a home we could not be happier with. This was our first homebuying experience and while the process can be daunting, Pitina helped us navigate it smoothly; she truly is an expert, and despite the frustrations that sometimes come with homebuying, she helped us stay positive and refrain from impulsiveness. I suspect other agents push their clients along just to get their commission. Not Pitina, she was blunt and honest with us when a prospective home just wasn't right, and that philosophy paid off in spades for us. We are happy to call Pitina and the team colleagues and friends!

We were moving to Baltimore from out of town and Pitina and her team were extremely accommodating to help us put together a ton of homes over a weekend so we could move quickly. She looked at 14 homes with us over two days, helped us make a good offer on a home, and attended the inspections since we couldn't be there in person. She helped us write up proper addendums to the contract to make sure the seller was responsible for some of the corrections that were needed in the home, which in turn has saved us a ton of money. We couldn't have asked for a more attentive and helpful team to help us buy our first home.
