I have worked with Pitina for more than 10 years and I have never had any problems. I have bought properties with her services and also rented properties with her very highly expertise. She has always notified of potential tenants and she will go to the process with the landlord, tenants or other agents. She will do the showings and follow up with customers through out the whole process of rental (or sale) until the contract is signed. She prepares all the documents for both parties and is very responsible in doing so. I would highly recommend Pitina for her professional work and ethics.
