From beginning to end, Pitina was an absolute delight to work with. I have just purchased my first home and the process could not have been any smoother, more efficient, or stress free without the help of Pitina. As a first time buyer, I had many questions and she was very attentive, patient, and dedicated to guiding me through every step of the way. Pitina is incredibly knowledgeable about the market in Baltimore, Hanover, Columbia, Laurel, Annapolis...just about every area in MD that I was interested in finding a home. This made everything stress free and effortless as we narrowed down my search to meet all of my requirements. She is responsive to emails/calls/texts and was flexible to my work schedule. My home recieved 3 other competitive offers on the same day and she did an amazing job negotiating - still managed to get me the house in my budget! I will make this as simple as possible. When you go to buy a house, the last thing you want to do is hire a friend, a relative, somebody your neighbor used or even somebody that seems "nice". You want a pit bull that is going to work tirelessly to get you what you want. Someone that's in your corner, no matter what. Pitina is cut from rare cloth.
