Pitina is incredibly sharp and hard-working! I originally worked with her from overseas and was beyond impressed with how she made time for thorough virtual showings as a buyer's agent. Years later (2020), she was my listing agent, and I was even more impressed. She queued up a wide array of marketing materials and showings before my house even hit the market, and it sold in no time! She was so proactive and always a step ahead in her thinking! She was also very shrewd and thoughtful throughout the offer and negotiation stages. She developed practical solutions to help me prepare my property for sale and always told me the truth about price points, etc., rather than what she thought I wanted to hear. She literally saved me thousands of dollars and prevented me from being taken advantage of on more than one occasion, including at closing when she caught an error that saved me another $300+. I highly recommend her as a trustworthy agent who will go above and beyond. As a former realtor myself, I can say that real estate transactions can often be messy. You definitely want someone like Pitina -who is energetic and really knows her stuff- in your corner.
